At Own The Co-Pay, we stand behind the quality of our training and coaching services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for each of our package offerings.

2. Package-Specific Refund Terms

2.1 Monthly Remote Accountability Coaching ($697/month)

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period

Refund Policy:

  • First Month: 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied
  • Subsequent Months: No refunds, but you can cancel anytime

2.2 Quarterly Performance Audit + Refresh ($1,997/quarter)

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel up to 7 days before your quarterly renewal
  • No refunds for unused quarterly access
  • Access continues through the end of the current quarter

Refund Policy:

  • Before First Session: Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase
  • After First Session: Prorated refund based on unused sessions (minus 20% administrative fee)
  • After 60 Days: No refunds

2.3 One-Time Remote Implementation Boost ($3,497)

Refund Policy:

  • Before Sessions Begin: Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and no sessions have been scheduled
  • After First Session: 50% refund available if not satisfied
  • After Both Sessions: No refunds

Note: Lifetime script library access is non-refundable once downloaded.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@ownthecopay.com with your account email and order number
  2. Provide a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  3. Include any relevant details (date of purchase, sessions attended, etc.)
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for review

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed coaching sessions
  • Downloaded scripts and materials (after download)
  • Earned certificates
  • Referral bonuses paid out
  • Third-party fees (Stripe processing fees)

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact us directly. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Loss of access to all materials and services
  • Ineligibility for future refunds or services

We're committed to resolving issues fairly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

6. Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your account
  • Navigate to Dashboard → My Plan
  • Click "Manage Subscription"
  • Choose to cancel, pause, or modify your plan

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you're experiencing:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Financial hardship
  • Natural disasters
  • Other extenuating circumstances

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Our Commitment:

We're confident that Own The Co-Pay will transform your practice's collection rates. If you put in the work and don't see results, we want to know why. Reach out within your eligible refund period, and we'll work together to either improve your experience or process your refund.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will not affect existing subscriptions or purchases. Updated terms apply to new purchases after the revision date.
