By accessing and using Own The Co-Pay ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Own The Co-Pay provides online training, coaching, and educational resources focused on healthcare practice management, specifically patient collection strategies. Our services include:

• Access to video training modules
• Downloadable scripts and templates
• One-on-one coaching sessions with Jim Thompson
• Progress tracking and certification
• Referral program participation

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing: We offer three package options:

• Monthly Remote Accountability Coaching: $697/month
• Quarterly Performance Audit + Refresh: $1,997/quarter
• One-Time Remote Implementation Boost: $3,497 (one-time)

4.2 Billing: Monthly and quarterly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4.3 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, scripts, and software, is the property of Own The Co-Pay or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download or redistribute content without permission
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Results from using our training materials may vary based on individual circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

Own The Co-Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Own The Co-Pay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
